With technology as prevalent as it is today, having an online presence is critical for emerging composers like me to connect with future collaborators and grow my audience. Being a composer means that in addition to writing music, I am also running a business. For my business, I needed a professional website that met my specific needs as a musician. I didn’t have the proper skills to create the website I was looking for, and I didn’t want a website that lacked inspiration or finesse, as so many self-made composer websites do. I also didn’t want to spend valuable time designing and maintaining my website that could be spent writing music.
